Senior Security Engineer- USA

📋 Description

• Own and evolve vulnerability management for app security (containers, deps, code scans, runtime)
• Build and maintain security tooling that integrates into CI/CD pipelines
• Use AI to write code faster and automate analyses at scale
• Assess and improve telemetry across our systems
• Work with engineers to ship tools that make secure practices easy
• Investigate security findings, then focus on prevention and detection

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software/platform engineering experience
• Deep experience in application security and vulnerability management
• Cloud infrastructure experience, ideally GCP/GKE
• Hands-on with AI tools (coding assistants, LLMs)
• Bias toward automation: build tools, not runbooks
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
• Influence engineering culture around security
• Strong written and verbal communication about security posture
