- Own security administration for core IT platforms: Okta, Slack, Google Workspace
- Lead rollout and management of endpoint and data protection tools (MDM, DLP, EDR)
- Manage IT support requests during EMEA hours with a security focus
- Partner with Security on SOC2 compliance and audit preparation
- Develop and enforce policies for endpoint protection and corporate app security
- Act as primary IT Systems contact during declared security incidents
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux
- 3+ years with endpoint security tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar)
- 3+ years SSO/SAML with Okta, Google, or other providers
- 3+ years with MDM tools like Jamf, Workspace ONE
- 3+ years administering DLP across Google Workspace, Slack, Okta
- Experience leading EDR, MDM, and DLP rollouts in a mid-sized organization
