Senior Security Engineer, GRC Automation

📋 Description

• Lead the GRC platform implementation and integration across key systems.
• Build automated workflows for control testing and evidence collection.
• Design AI-assisted compliance workflows with validation logic.
• Develop integrations between the GRC platform and systems of record.
• Manage multi-workstream GRC automation projects end-to-end.
• Design dashboards and reporting to track control health and audit performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, solutions engineering, or GRC automation.
• Experience with GRC, compliance, or audit teams to automate evidence collection, control testing, or monitoring.
• Direct experience implementing and integrating GRC platforms (Drata, Vanta, Tines, JupiterOne) into production environments.
• Strong scripting and integration skills using Python, JavaScript, APIs, webhooks.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST 800-53, and how they map to real-world infra and operations.
• Project management and end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream compliance or security projects.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows with LLMs, agentic tools, and validation of outputs.
