- Design, implement, and manage Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewall policies.
- Configure and optimize firewall rules to meet security requirements.
- Implement security best practices for firewall configurations.
- Configure Prisma Access for secure remote access and cloud services.
- Centralized firewall management using Strata Cloud Manager and Panorama.
- Day-to-day firewall operations: change requests, troubleshooting, updates.
- Collaborate with network and security teams on firewall projects.
- Utilize FireMon and other tools for configuration management.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of Network Security experience
- Strong Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewall configuration/engineering
- Hands-on Prisma Access deployment
- Experience with Palo Alto Panorama for centralized management
- PCCSA or higher certification
- Strong routing and switching knowledge with firewall integration
- Experience managing 50+ firewall deployments
- Splunk experience for log analysis
