Design and implement security measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
Partner with Detection & Response to maintain visibility into enterprise access, networks, devices.
Deploy and manage security tools across Discord's corporate infrastructure.
Establish security standards that enable protection while keeping workflows smooth.
Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
Shape and enforce Discord's IT and security policies.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Enterprise Security as a senior IC or lead.
3+ years programming in Python, Go, or Rust.
Experience securing IAM systems: Okta, Kolide, Teleport, Cloudflare Access.
Deep understanding of data security in enterprise environments.
Experience with zero-trust network architectures.
Experience deploying and managing MDM, EDR, and device-trust tooling.
