Senior Security Engineer, Enterprise SaaS

📋 Description

• Own SSPM and DLP architecture and implementation across Ro's SaaS landscape.
• Define SaaS security standards, access models, and baselines.
• Build scalable SaaS lifecycle automations for posture monitoring and remediation.
• Partner with Security, IT, GRC, and Product Security to embed SaaS security.
• Collaborate with Security Operations to investigate SaaS alerts and remediation.
• Lead integration of SaaS controls into SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Tines) for telemetry and response.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering or Cloud Security with SaaS focus.
• Proven success deploying SSPM and DLP tools (AppOmni, Obsidian, BetterCloud, Netskope).
• Analytical thinker who can uncover hidden risks and balance policies.
• Experience integrating SaaS controls into SIEM/SOAR and automating detection.
• Knowledge of data classification, privacy, governance in healthcare or regulated sectors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with tech and executive stakeholders.
• Bonus: HIPAA, HITRUST or SOC 2 exposure or cloud-first healthcare/fintech security.
