Senior Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Operates independently on complex offensive engagements and vulnerability management decisions.
• Communicates risk and remediation trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentors the Offensive Security Engineer; no direct people management.
• Leads advanced penetration tests and red team exercises on platform, cloud, and AI products.
• Conducts adversarial threat modelling for new features and architectural changes.
• Builds and maintains reusable offensive tooling and automation frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in offensive security, pen testing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to find and exploit vulnerabilities in web apps, APIs, and cloud infra.
• Experience designing or running a vulnerability management programme at scale.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure; IAM misconfig; container security.
• Able to write penetration test reports and present risk trade-offs to non-security stakeholders.
• Judgement: prioritize across risks and balance offensive testing with remediation backlog.
