3+ years in information security, risk management, or security ops with customer-facing security.

Hands-on with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST.
Proficiency in security operations: monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Ability to balance security with business needs; automate security workflows.
