Senior Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and drive key security initiatives across the org.
• Shape the team's roadmap with leadership input.
• Mentor junior security engineers to grow their skills.
• Embed security across development and operations.
• Lead PCI-DSS compliance initiatives with stakeholders.
• Design and maintain security controls across systems and cloud.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on security engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of security principles, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
• Proficiency in Python (Lambda functions).
• Production experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and secure deployment practices.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud.
• PCI-DSS experience is a big plus.
• Nice to have: Application security, DLP platforms, and observability.
