Senior Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Karbon teams to embed security from design to release.
• Balance security with delivery to protect velocity and quality.
• Keep up with AI enabled security tools and best practices.
• Review AI tooling risks and integration with systems.
• Own security metrics and contribute to the security roadmap.
• Collaborate across a hybrid and distributed organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in security or development roles.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Languages/Frameworks: .NET/C#, JavaScript (React, EmberJS), Python.
• Cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP (Azure preferred).
• Scripting: PowerShell or Bash plus Python.
• Security tooling incl SAST/DAST/SCA and Burp; AI tools.
