Senior Security and Privacy Analyst, Bilingual Japanese and English

📋 Description

• Lead APAC-specific certification and audit activities (ISMAP, IRAP).
• Drive privacy, security, and risk initiatives across APAC.
• Operate security and privacy programs; monitor incidents.
• Collaborate with global PSR team on policy, controls, audits.
• Respond to customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence.
• Develop APAC communications and training to boost security awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering, Law, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5–8 years in information security, privacy, compliance, or risk; 2+ years APAC.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong writing/editing in English and Japanese.
• Technical knowledge: networking, cloud, ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, NIST SP 800-53.
• APAC privacy regulations knowledge (APPI, Privacy Act, PDPA).
• ISMAP/IRAP familiarity; certifications such as CIPP/A/CISSP/CISM/CISA desirable.
