Senior Scientist, Process Development (I,II,III)

📋 Description

• Design and execute complex cell therapy process development experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process transfer.
• Author and review technical documents, procedures, and reports.
• Present technical information to internal and client-facing stakeholders.
• Coordinate day-to-day team efforts and provide training.
• Develop training materials and onboard new hires.
• Serve as subject matter expert for cell therapy processes and troubleshoot.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in bioengineering, chemical engineering, biology, or biochemistry; 6–21 yrs in cell/gene therapy.
• Subject-matter expert in T cell, HSC, or other immune cell therapy.
• Hands-on with Miltenyi Prodigy, Lonza Cocoon, and Xuri Wave.
• Familiar with LVV, RVV, LNP and transduction/transfection/electroporation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; present results clearly.
• Knowledge of cGMP and ICH guidelines preferred.
• Self-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and growth mindset.
