Senior Scientist, Oncology Target ID & Validation

📋 Description

• Identify oncology targets via CRISPR perturbation and datasets.
• Design in vitro target validation and mechanistic studies.
• Conduct molecular/cellular assays to assess target function.
• Develop cell-based assays for potency, selectivity, MoA.
• Collaborate with computational biology to integrate data.
• Work with medicinal chemistry and CROs to support discovery.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Several years of postdoc with some oncology industry experience preferred.
• Strong cancer biology foundation and in vitro target ID/validation experience.
• Hands-on functional genomics, including CRISPR perturbation.
• Proficiency in Western blotting, qPCR, ELISA, and cell-based assays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data integrity.
