🎯 Requirements
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry/Proteomics or related field; 4+ yrs postdoc/industry.
- OR MS with 8+ years industry proteomics experience.
- Hands-on MS-based proteomics platform experience in biotech/pharma.
- Full proteomics workflow expertise: prep, LC, MS, data analysis.
- Design/build proteomics workflows and data pipelines.
- Expertise with Bruker timsTOF and Thermo Orbitrap platforms.
- Knowledge of DDA, DIA, PRM and method tradeoffs.
- SP3, S-Trap, StageTips, IP, low-input prep experience.
