- Maintain LCMS as superuser for oligonucleotide identity, purity, stability.
- Develop LCMS methods to characterize oligonucleotide samples.

- Generate Certificate of Analysis reports.
- Formulate oligonucleotides for in vitro/in vivo testing (endotoxin analysis).
- Develop and maintain a sample-tracking system for Deep Genomics' Cambridge compounds.
- Future bioanalysis of PK samples may be required.
🎯 Requirements
- PhD in analytical, pharmaceutical sciences, or bio-organic chemistry; HPLC & MS; 2+ yrs.
- MS in related fields with 5+ years experience.
- Experience with oligonucleotide laboratory techniques.
- Experience designing and implementing new processes for oligonucleotide samples.
- Preferred: experience with oligonucleotide therapeutics including formulation.
- Understanding of in vitro and/or in vivo assays for ADAR, siRNA & ASO modalities.
- Experience in bioanalysis and GxP methods and lab operations a plus.
