Senior Scheduler (Data Center)

📋 Description

• Develop and manage master construction schedules using Primavera P6 for hyperscale data centers
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs
• Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance
• Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
• Generate schedule reports and support forecast updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent
• 5+ years using Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects
• Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities
• Proficiency with float management, CPM, and sequencing logic
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
• PMP, PSP (AACE), or CMMA certifications are a plus
