📋 Description

  • Become expert in Ramp’s Bill Pay and Procurement; drive scalable onboarding.
  • Own 1:1 onboarding for micro-SMB and SMB customers; support peers.
  • Onboard customers within 60 days and under two calls.
  • Balance priorities across implementation, follow-up, troubleshooting, outreach.
  • Partner with Product to surface and prioritize customer feedback.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in customer success, account mgmt, technical consulting, or product ops.
  • Bill Pay / AP and accounting implementation experience.
  • Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering; provide feedback and workarounds.
  • Desire to become a product expert and explain why Ramp was built this way.
  • Curiosity and a hunger to learn, problem-solve, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and position solutions effectively.
  • High adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Nice to have: accounting partners/PE/VC experience.
