- Onboard a large portfolio of micro-SMB/micro-MM customers and drive 60-day Ramp adoption.
- Lead onboarding with executive presence, set agendas, control call flow, and drive progress in minimal touchpoints.
- Ensure fast, thorough implementation by educating customers on Ramp functionality and key workflows.
- Position Ramp’s product suite (Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, Accounting) to fit customer workflows.
- Understand customer workflows and blockers; partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to solve.
- Drive revenue by minimizing delays and reinforcing Ramp as a core financial operating system.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related role in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing a high-volume book of business and driving outcomes.
- Strong executive presence; lead structured customer conversations and handle objections.
- Experience balancing scale and personalization via group onboarding, automation, and 1:1 engagement.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to share feedback and troubleshoot.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
