Conduct proactive threat research into emerging abuse vectors and dynamics.
Develop and operationalize new metrics and signals for visibility.
Propose projects and buy-in from Safety leadership and cross-functional teams.
Serve as on-call responder for incidents; triage and communicate under pressure.
Design and run experiments to measure detection impact.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Trust & Safety with proactive approaches.
5+ years Python or similar; strong SQL on large datasets.
Passion for protecting users; tenacious, creative, empathetic.
Strong investigative instincts; root-cause analysis.
Adversarial mindset; understands incentives and abuse economies.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
