Lead full lifecycle Saviynt EIC implementations: architecture, config, testing, go-live.
Configure core Saviynt modules: ILM, ARS, Certifications, Role Mgmt, SoD.
Develop and maintain connectors, REST/SOAP integrations, provisioning workflows.
Build analytics, dashboards, and reporting within Saviynt.
Lead application onboarding: entitlement discovery, attribute mapping, access design.
Integrate Saviynt with SIEM, ITSM, and HR systems for identity events/audit trails.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years hands-on IAM/IGA engineering; 3–5 yrs on Saviynt EIC.
Deep expertise in at least three Saviynt modules: ILM, ARS, Certifications, SoD.
Proficiency in Java, Groovy, or Python for Saviynt customizations.
REST APIs, JSON, XML, LDAP for identity provisioning.
RBAC, ABAC, SoD design and identity governance knowledge.
Hands-on with AD, Azure AD, Workday, SAP.
SOX, HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR compliance understanding.
Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
