- Provide functional SAP FICO support including issue analysis, troubleshooting, root cause, and resolution.
- Support Finance and Controlling processes across AP, AR, GL, AA, CO, and CO-PC.
- Manage enhancements, configuration changes, and testing activities.
- Collaborate with SAP teams (SD, MM, PP) to ensure integrated processes.
- Participate in small projects, continuous improvement, and production support.
- Gather requirements with business stakeholders to support solution delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of SAP FICO functional experience in support/implementation.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PC.
- FSCM components: Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collections Management.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong integration with SAP FICO and SD/MM/PP.
