Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate to designs.
• Manage full lifecycle of small to mid projects; on time, budget, stakeholders.
• Implement platform-wide configurations: objects, security, rules, sharing.
• Develop Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Build complex logic with Flows, Apex triggers, classes, approvals.
• Design and execute tests for coverage, behavior, scalability, security.
• Manage data migrations and releases; CI/CD with Copado.
• Produce designs, diagrams, UAT plans, and training materials.
• Assist in training key users for long-term adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing on thought leadership, webinars, events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities and limitations; communicate with clients.
• Proven ability to lead small to mid projects using PM methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; translate complex requirements.
• Data modeling, advanced declarative development (Flows), and admin.
• Hands-on Apex and LWC development; guide team.
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• English and Spanish communication skills.
• Salesforce certs: Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud.
