📋 Description

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate into validated technical designs.
• Lead full lifecycle of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget.
• Implement platform-wide configs: custom objects, security, validations, and sharing models.
• Develop Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework functionality with modern design.
• Build logic with Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, classes, and approvals, with error handling.
• Design and execute test plans covering code, behavior, scalability, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of Salesforce experience across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities and limitations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage small to mid-sized projects with PM methodologies.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills; translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Data modeling, advanced declarative development (Flows), and platform administration.
• Hands-on Apex and LWC development; provide technical guidance to the team.
