📋 Description

• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Manage full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget.
• Implement platform-wide configs: custom objects, security, validation rules, sharing models.
• Develop Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework features with best practices.
• Build complex logic with Flows, Apex triggers, classes, approvals; robust error handling.
• Design and execute test plans for coverage, behavior, scalability, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities and limits.
• Lead and manage small to mid-sized projects with PM methodologies.
• Proficient in data modeling, declarative development (Flows), admin tasks.
• Hands-on Apex and LWC development; guide the team.
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) practices.
