Senior Salesforce DevOps & Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and maintain scalable Salesforce DevOps pipelines with GitHub and Gearset.
• Improve reliability and quality across the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with engineers, admins, and stakeholders on release strategies.
• Drive transformational changes in CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Enhance automated testing strategies, including robotic and end-to-end tests.
• Ensure deployments are observable with metrics on health and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Salesforce DevOps experience, incl. CI/CD, version control, and env management.
• Strong hands-on with Gearset and GitHub for deployments and release orchestration.
• Designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks (robotic and end-to-end tests).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce development and metadata (Apex, packaging, deployment models).
• Comfortable analyzing large, vague operational and quality problems.
• Familiar with observability, monitoring, and release analytics for Salesforce systems.
