Senior Salesforce DevOps & Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and maintain scalable Salesforce DevOps pipelines using GitHub and Gearset.
• Own automated testing strategies, including robotic and end-to-end testing.
• Advise on CI/CD, testing, and release management processes.
• Maintain a culture of quality, automation, and operational excellence.
• Execute DevOps and testing initiatives from inception to production rollout.
• Create observability and reporting around deployments and system health.
• Ensure ongoing stability, performance, and security of Salesforce environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Salesforce DevOps experience, incl. CI/CD and env management.
• Hands-on Gearset and GitHub for deployments and release orchestration.
• Automated testing: robotic and end-to-end testing.
• Salesforce metadata expertise: Apex, packaging, deployment models.
• Observability, monitoring, and release analytics for Salesforce systems.
• Experience with Stripe, NetSuite, Snowflake, DBT integrations.
