Senior Salesforce DevOps & Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce DevOps pipelines (GitHub, Gearset).
• Own and evolve automated testing strategies (robotic and end-to-end).
• Advise on and implement CI/CD, testing, and release management improvements.
• Maintain a culture of quality, automation, and operational excellence.
• Execute DevOps and testing initiatives from inception to production.
• Ensure Salesforce environments are stable, performant, and secure.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Salesforce DevOps experience with CI/CD, version control, and environment management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Gearset and GitHub for Salesforce deployments.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, including robotic and end-to-end testing.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce development and metadata (Apex, declarative tooling, packaging, deployment models).
• Comfortable identifying and solving large, vague operational and quality problems.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and release analytics for Salesforce systems.
