Develop solution design options balancing business needs with complexity
Maintain, refactor, and enhance Salesforce-based applications
Design and architect Salesforce data models and apps
Integrate Salesforce with internal/external systems via REST APIs and web services
Conduct system testing and manage releases/upgrades
Maintain staging and production orgs

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of relevant engineering experience
Master Salesforce stack: APEX, Visualforce, Aura, LWC
Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or backend development a plus
Strong collaboration and feedback to teammates
Global thinking and end-to-end ownership
Proactive about new tools and mentoring
