Lead the Sales Operations team in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs and third-party apps.
Mentor Salesforce developers on best practices and technical skills.
Configure Salesforce with Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Connect platforms via SOAP and REST APIs; support rollout of new features.
Write and maintain documentation for internal and external processes.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; other certs a plus.
Strong knowledge: Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, SOAP, REST, JSON.
Web tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Proactive, passionate about Salesforce; agile and cross-team communication.
