• Drive projects from design to rollout, delivering measurable value.
• Mentor engineers on technical guidance and scalable technology.
• Reduce complexity with clear designs, Apex, integrations, automation.
• Define robust unit tests and engage QA to ensure release confidence.
• Manage Salesforce data model to support processes and scalability.
• Administer Salesforce: user management, security, data integrity.
• Collaborate with architects to define roadmap and architecture for Orders & Subscriptions.
• Partner with Salesforce teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Manage platform health: monitoring, performance, release management, and fixes.
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems (microservices, AWS).
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years Salesforce development/implementation; IC mindset
• Bachelors in Information Technology
• Deep Salesforce architecture, patterns, best practices
• Proficiency in Apex, Flow, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs
• Low-code/no-code in Salesforce; when to use vs Apex
• Unit testing, release management, data governance
