Lead admin for Salesforce CPQ; manage quoting, pricing, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
Declarative config: own products, SKUs, price books, discounts, and templates.
Partner with RevOps, Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Product Ops to align CPQ.
Triage and resolve CPQ issues, pricing discrepancies, and document problems.
Integrate CPQ with Salesforce and adjacent platforms (DocuSign, NetSuite, Marketo).
Provide end-user training on quoting workflows and CPQ best practices.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Salesforce or business systems admin; 4+ years CPQ.
Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, rules, permission sets) and CPQ metadata.
Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash in subscription SaaS.
Active Salesforce Admin cert required; CPQ Specialist or revenue cert preferred.
Proven ability to diagnose quote/workflow issues quickly.
Bachelor’s in IS, Business, CS, or related field preferred.
