- Process mapping, workshop facilitation; translate problems into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong Agile delivery: backlog mgmt, sprint planning, user stories.
- Declarative tools (Flow, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC; MuleSoft familiarity.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and data migration governance.
