Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer

📋 Description

• Own the design, architecture, and continuous improvement of Salesforce across the organization.
• Lead the development of scalable custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and third-party integrations.
• Define and enforce Salesforce governance standards, including security models, data integrity, and release management processes.
• Architect and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics frameworks that drive strategic business decisions.
• Proactively identify platform inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve performance, automation, and user adoption.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects independently, from requirements gathering through delivery and post-launch support.

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin/Platform Dev I-II preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (admin + development).
• Expert-level Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).
• Deep experience with Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security).
• Proven track record delivering complex Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
