  • Serve as domain specialist for Salesforce CRM to maximize efficiency and scale.
  • Participate in implementation/integration projects to refine user roles and controls.
  • Support testing/validation of new and existing functionality across config, dev, and releases.
  • Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including availability and performance.
  • Evaluate system capabilities, identify opportunities, and streamline business processes.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Solid understanding of Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Flows.
  • Ability to design/implement new processes and drive adoption.
  • Ability to build formula fields, custom views, and content.
  • Strong SFDC security features: Profiles, Roles, Permissions, and Sharing Settings.
  • Experience with Change Management to promote system changes from Development to Production.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and document complex requirements.
