  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues; monitor anomalies.
  • Align HubSpot data with forecast; ensure clean data before weekly forecast.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in revenue ops, sales ops, or BI/analytics for GTM.
  • Comfortable writing SQL for analysis and data validation.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or equivalent.
  • Familiar with CRM data at a reporting level (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Track record of improving data trust; metrics cleanup or migrations.
  • Strong documentation instincts; glossaries and playbooks.
  • Comfortable running cross-functional alignment with Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
