  • Own the day-to-day rhythm: pipeline reviews, forecasting, QBRs, and rep productivity.
  • Serve as the first call for Sales VPs and RDs for data-backed recommendations.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable guidance and a POV on next steps.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards on business health, funnel, and rep productivity.
  • Lead annual GTM planning: territory design, quota modeling, and headcount with Finance/Marketing/Sales.
  • Direct a small offshore sales support team and define SLAs/workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations supporting quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Proven track record partnering with VP/SVP-level Sales leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong communication turning messy data into one-page, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong financial/operational modeling (Excel/Sheets) for territory models and comp plans.
  • Experience managing direct reports or offshore resources.
  • US citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR requirement).
