- 8+ years in Sales Operations supporting quota-carrying sales teams.
- Proven track record partnering with VP/SVP-level Sales leaders as a trusted advisor.
- Strong communication turning messy data into one-page, actionable recommendations.
- Strong financial/operational modeling (Excel/Sheets) for territory models and comp plans.
- Experience managing direct reports or offshore resources.
- US citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR requirement).
