  • Lead annual GTM planning: territory design, quotas, and headcount.
  • Model financial impact of comp changes; run scenario analyses.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations supporting quota-bearing teams.
  • Partner with VP/SVP Sales as a trusted advisor.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong modeling in Excel/Google Sheets (territory/quota).
  • Experience managing direct reports, including remote/offshore.
  • US citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR).
