🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in Sales Strategy, Ops, or analytics.
  • Led teams and/or offshore resources to drive operational consistency.
  • Strategic acumen in GTM, territory design, and sales compensation.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling; Tableau/Power BI.
  • Sales tech: Salesforce data architecture and reporting; Outreach or Gong a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • US citizen or green card holder (ITAR) required.
