🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in sales recruiting; CRE/commission experience.
Proven full recruitment lifecycle experience: strategy to onboarding and offers.
ATS expertise to build dashboards and track metrics; Salesforce a plus.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
Strong leadership; mentoring, coaching, supervising junior recruiters.
Data-driven: analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and stay ahead in industry trends.
