🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record designing and scaling enablement programs
  • Experience delivering adoption-focused enablement with AI-first mindset
  • Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle from prospecting to handoff
  • Strong analytics using sales tech data and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
