  • Own the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) process across Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Define strategic levers and major investments; translate long-term goals into actionable plans.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects to turn data into insights and drive solutions.
  • Lead change management across the GTM organization; ensure rollout of changes globally.
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders, Business Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and People Ops to align cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, analyses, and talking points for planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations or other analytical roles.
  • Kind and collaborative orientation; energized by working with many teams from diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; deep sense of curiosity; data-driven mindset.
  • Experience building trusting relationships and influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments; bias for action and clear communication.
