- 8-12 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations or other analytical roles.
- Kind and collaborative orientation; energized by working with many teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; deep sense of curiosity; data-driven mindset.
- Experience building trusting relationships and influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments; bias for action and clear communication.
