- Assist regional revenue forecasting; ensure accuracy and timely input from leadership
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and maintain regional account & territory planning
- Manage regional Salesforce and CPQ operations; ensure smooth quoting and system function
- Troubleshoot SFDC/CPQ issues; provide training and support as needed
- Enforce regional data hygiene across CRM and revenue systems
- Perform regular CRM data audits to fix discrepancies and duplicates
- Support ad-hoc reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data insights in quarterly reviews and planning
π― Requirements
- 4-7 years in revenue operations, sales ops or business analysis
- CRM experience (Salesforce required) and CPQ familiarity
- Experience managing data hygiene and data governance compliance
- Excel proficiency and Looker/reporting/visualization experience
- Strong analytical skills with large data sets and actionable insights
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced env
