  • Own the Salesforce data layer for Sales; data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Build SFDC reports for pipeline views and attainment.
  • Define data entry standards; sustain hygiene over time.

  • Ensure SFDC inputs feed Snowflake and the BI layer.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Sales Ops/Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep Salesforce ownership: data model, hygiene, system of record.
  • Experience owning sales compensation administration.
  • Proven forecasting cadence ownership and data discipline.
  • Comfortable building SFDC reports/dashboards for leadership.
  • Familiarity with SFDC data in Snowflake/dbt/Fivetran downstream.
