Senior Sales Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Support Sales and BD across the full opportunity lifecycle
• Coordinate opportunities, track next steps, maintain momentum
• Lead proposal development and inputs from Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance
• Draft and manage SOWs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data; track actions
• Provide data-driven reporting, forecasting, and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Support/Operations or related role
• Hands-on SOW, proposals, or commercial docs experience
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or similar
• Strong Excel skills for reports, data, forecasting
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing
• Experience coordinating proposals in multi-stakeholder environments
