  • Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards tracking performance, funnel metrics, pipeline health, SLAs, and rep productivity.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics to generate operational reports, revenue insights, and forecasting models.
  • Create metrics and dashboards for sales performance to ensure data accuracy and clear documentation.
  • Identify and prototype AI tools to eliminate manual friction in the sales process and integrate AI into daily sales activities.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and refine processes to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Provide daily operational support, troubleshoot reporting issues, and resolve data gaps.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops/RevOps or analytical GTM roles
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency; data audits and dashboards
  • Tableau, Looker, Excel, and Google Sheets proficiency
  • Experience evaluating AI tools and prototyping AI workflows
  • Excellent communication; simplify data for leadership
  • Organized; cross-functional with payroll/HR tech and automation exp
