  • 5+ years in Sales Operations Analyst or similar role.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and reporting/dashboard creation.
  • Deep understanding of quoting, bookings lifecycle, and funnel management.
  • Knowledge of sales ops best practices, hierarchies, product catalog management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and process improvements.
