  • Lead the US SLED Mid Market team reporting to the Head of US SLED Sales.
  • Drive growth via regional GTM programs across sales, channel, CS, and marketing.
  • Lead diverse sales team across State, Local and Education accounts.
  • Grow US Sales team and hire with global leadership and recruiting resources.
  • Adopt and influence sales methodologies, forecasting, and account management.
  • Travel within the U.S. will be expected.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years senior sales leadership; 10+ years selling to SLED.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with quarterly cadence.
  • Proven ability to drive velocity sales within SLED.
  • Established relationships with SLED partner communities.
  • Strong sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • A technical background (engineering/IT) plus knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, SD-WAN.
