- 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing team of 5+ Account Executives, ideally in SaaS.
- A track record of leading teams to consistent overachievement in new business sales.
- Strong coaching capability in value selling across experience levels; fast-paced environment.
- Clear, credible communication with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
- Comfort owning forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals with your team.
