  • Lead and develop a team of New Business Commercial Account Executives focused on outbound-led growth.
  • Build a culture of ownership, execution and continuous improvement.
  • Coach both tenured and newer reps to perform at a high level and progress in their careers.
  • Maintain strong oversight of pipeline, deal strategy and forecasting across the team.
  • Model and reinforce an outbound sales motion, including prospecting discipline and territory planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing team of 5+ Account Executives, ideally in SaaS.
  • A track record of leading teams to consistent overachievement in new business sales.
  • Strong coaching capability in value selling across experience levels; fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, credible communication with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort owning forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
  • Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals with your team.
