  • Track record of leading teams to consistent overachievement in new business sales
  • Strong coaching in value selling across experience levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, credible communication with sales teams and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable owning forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with the team
