- 3+ years managing a team of 5+ Account Executives in SaaS
- Track record of leading teams to consistent overachievement in new business sales
- Strong coaching in value selling across experience levels in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, credible communication with sales teams and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable owning forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with the team
