🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 5-8 years of digital ad sales, business development, or account management experience
- Strong experience managing both direct clients and media agencies
- Proven involvement in or exposure to agency trading agreements
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
